ya if she was a true cop and she got ur plate number then when she types that into her cpu its brings up all ur info and she can do that so im guess she is probably right
But then agn she at the same time did not flash her lights and pull you over and explain to you what you did wrong and i believe that is one of ur rights to know what u are being accused of but iono ill ask a cop

cops can't ticket you without telling you what you did - if it's a moving violation - off duty or not - WHEN YOU GET A TICKET FOR A MOVING VIOLATION YOU HAVE TO SIGN THE CITATION ON THE SPOT - it shows you recognize you were there and are aware of the charges against you - that way you can never say "oh i never got pulled over" or "oh i don't know what they're talking about" -- signing the citation is NOT admission of guilt - it is just proof that you were there...

...she can't just send out a ticket based on her personal opinion of your driving... it's illegal





and that's assuming she's really a cop
