Gauge Cluster
entire center console(the plastic/vinyl around the shifter and ebrake)
the shifter boot..that leather thing.
Carpet
Dash
All four door panels
front left/front right inside door handles
rear view mirror
rear seats
all air vents on the dash
Climate Control...the whole piece that operates the heat/ac etc...
and a stock grill

things i don't really need are the grill, rear seats, and the carpet.

i was thinking around $100?

I went ahead and revised it into an organized list.

• Gauge Cluster -$75 from a junkyard

• Center Console hump-$25 from a junkyard

• Carpet - Depends on the condition prices can vary

• Dash - give or take it may be around $90-$95 depending on condtion (such as cracks, warping etc.)

• All four door panels - I'd say 40 for each panel unless who ever is selling it is asking for a price for all 4 then I'd say $100

• Front left/Front right inside door handles -$35 from a dealer. And thats completely new...$15 from a junkyard each

• Rear view mirror -10 dollars at the most

• Rear seats - again depends on condition..perfect (which is a rarity) would be at least $75

• All Air vents (4) on the dash - $5

• Climate Control for Heat/AC etc -$30 dollars for one thats in mint working condition...300 dollars new from the dealer

• Stock grill - Id say $15 depends on condition

So add the estimates I gathered...these a based on what a junkyard would provide as used. Again it depends on the conditon and If I were in your shoes Id haggle the price.
