"cricket, crickit, cricket..."

I don't normally do random threads but I thought I'd share this with everyone.

The past two nights there's been a cricket hiding in the baseboard radiators in my room. He likes to start singing aobut a hour or two after I turn off the light and am happilly asleep.

Last night I tried spraying some raid bug killer in the radiator, however that was only like a snooze butten... juuust when I was getting back to sleep he started singing again. I just gave up and put my pillow over my head.

Tonight I saw a cricket walking on top of the radiator and nailed that som gun. I thought I got the one that was making all the noise. However, just a few minutes ago I heard that no good thing start chirpin' again

Lol all I can do is just laugh...unfortunately I gotta get some shut eye but Im trying fill up my Win Amp2 player...right now the buzzin of the fan is driving me nuts or its the only thing keeping me awake.

Yeah for the cricket. If I see any in my room they die on the spot I don't need another one chipin' away at night wile I'm tring to sleep.

yeah same here, ever since I was a kid I've always slept with a fan.

yup.. same here.. not many people i know can stand it. but as a younger teen i used to have to turn on the radio to be able to sleep.. or as i grew older it became a fan, now i can sleep with the TV on haha.. im bad i know.. no conservation of energy from my household.

but as for the cricket. what i would do is figure out a way to saturate some kind of poison into where he is. maybe not a spray but something like lysol tub spray.. i love killing spiders with a house hold cleaner handy.. haha
