So energy has no weight? E does not equal mc^2? Einstein and all those dudes were wrong? Yes, my battery analogy was wrong...but light definitely bends because of gravity, and energy definitely has mass. I distinctly remember doing problems in chemistry involving fusion and fission where byproducts of a reaction were energy, primarily in particle form. Gamma rays are a form of energy, and they definitely have mass. I don't get what the big deal is. The earth isn't flat.

Wow, I just don't believe this. I did not involve myself in the discussion about whether or not energy has weight. I was talking about electricity and batteries ONLY. You must be on some damn good mushrooms or something, hook me up.

. . . why dont you just put the battery pack on a scale? that would solve the problem once and for all now wouldnt it?

Oh wow...I already acknowledged that. I just used my logic to figure it out. Anything that can dull sound must have some kind of mass. Then, I figured it also can give off heat which is a result of molecules moving around rapidly. However, I completely forgot about those things called photons, which do the same thing but have no mass. As for the stupid comments after the fact...

Energy had no mass, therefore it has no weight... . Question was answered ....
