Auto shiftin

Can that guy anwser bout the supra thing caust I kinda like to know....thx

I've heard from several trans specialists that shifting your auto is NOT bad for it..... but then again, they might just wanna make money by having u break your auto!
If you think about it tho, the only wear that really occurs in an auto are the clutch packs and if u let off the gas to let it shift into the next gear, you're causing less wear than if you were to floor it and let the tranny shift itself....
Mine is auto and I shift it all day every day, still goin strong!
