ok im new to the tuner/race scene, ok i got an auto hehe b/c i neva drove a stick.

ok i drive in d3 alot b/c it seems to give me move off a push, when is it not safe as in rpm's to be in d3, i go into drive 4 about at 60mph which is like 4,000 rpm

Just do whatever you want. Swap to 5spd if it breaks.

From a stop D3 and D4 have no difference... at all. It just prevents you from shifting into 4th gear so that perhaps if its a ~40~ zone, you will have power if you lay into it instead of having to downshift... Thats the understanding I always took.

haha..your too funny cipher..

yo you need to shift to D1 when it hits 6.5 rpms..shift to d2....etc...etc...

that red part of your rpm range is called redline...you want to shift before it hits that redline..

your gonna get smoked everytime if you launch from 3rd or fourth gear...also you should put this in the technical or racing threads we have here...

and see that search button on the top right...click that..and it works hella wonders...

I've actually heard diff things about D3 vs D4...but thats another subject.

if you wanna shift, convert...unless you want ur trans goin out prematurely

yeah your fine in any gear, but your tranny will not like it at all...its a lot of stress your causing

yea playing san andreas on xbox is hard ps2 is easier i wanna get the liberty stories my freind works at best buy and he gets me all the games before they come out on shelves
