    The Tool Box Thread

What type of box do you own, and what do you think about it.

I personaly have 1 craftsman pro (at home) 2 snap on (at work)

To tell you the truth for the price the craftsman is the better deal, its anamazing box and takes the abuse.

Only benifit of the snap on is the casters tend to roll better, but how often do you really move your box around ?

Here is a pic of the Craftsman Pro Ill try and get pics of my snap on ones tomorrow when I go in. Note the 2 lower f22a4 Intake manifolds lol

I only have a few stupid plastic ones. Figured I'll wait until I have my own garage, then get a nice big one. Although it will come after the purchase of my lift.

        Craftsman Pro top chest.
Mastercraft Maximum bottom cabinet (same as Craftsman).

That's my friend in the pic....helped me do my brakes.

PS - Craftsman Pro is a little different in Canada just in case you're wondering.

I have the 92 piece Craftsman set. It's in a lockable plastic box and has 1/2" and 5/8" drive ratchets . I'm looking to add breaker bars, torque wrenches, wrenches, and some air tools to it to complete it.

A nice tool chest, ball-bearing drawers, with duals on the lower drawers for the heavy stuff and heavy-duty casters are what I have in mind. Although, I just have most of the tools crammed into an old skool grey Craftsman tool box with the red tray on top. Wrenches I kept in their plastic trays and have them hanging on the walls. I have torque wrenches kept in the basement, etc.

Anyhow, I'd like to have everything in one spot, faster time-wise instead of walking down to the basement to get some specialized stuff.

i had just a plastic container i used, but my parents got me this little on, its pretty small, its Stanley and nothing spectacular, but its the perfect size for the lacking set of hand tools that i have. everything has a place and fits well, i love it. no more digging thru a deep pile of random wrenches and sockets...

I have a craftsman hand held toolbox the drawers are pretty rough when I pull them out, so soon I will be getting a nice big ball bearing craftsman toolbox.

I have a WalMart tool box for my infrequently used tools, and the ones I use all the time I keep in a paper ream box from Staples in the trunk.
