He didn't cheap out, I remember seeing that last year on ls1tech when it first happened. The only thing that could have happened is that his nitrous solenoid malfunctioned and let the nitrous puddle in the intake manifold... Then we all know what happens when you hit the gas. It happens all the time. Just got to becareful with that stuff.
