I know it's just a fact of life that some people are going to try and rip other people off. But some cases can be stopped. Does AutoTrader offer any type of protection for cars that turn out to be slightly under their claims? I just get tired of seeing cars like this:
liar
and thinking to myself that some poor guy wanting a nice Honda is going to get screwed. While he should know the product he is shopping for and know what to look out for, some people aren't so informed. I guess what would be more convenient from a buying stand point would be some type of system where you could point out to autotrader(or eBay for that matter) if there is a car on their site claiming something crazy and obviously not backing it up. Any other opinions?
