new members increase

I looked down at the total members list about a month ago and it was at like 5100 members total. It's almost at 5900 members today. So anyone know why there's a drastic increase in new members lately? Not that I'm complaining, just wondering.

Just put the finger pointy thing on your name and i think it tells you what # you are at the very bottom of the screen.......

Sad isnt it? Yeah .. take a look at the members list .. so many members have been here
for quite awhile, and yet have so few posts, but remain on the members list ..
Some of the photograper/model sites I belong to simply wont let you hang around if
you have'nt updated your page in like 6 months .. all of a sudden you go *poof* ....

But then again .. there are the bright one's who have even stated that while asking for what
they're looking for, have read the site for a few months before joining and have actually
learned to search for important information .. props to those who are on the ball, and desire

Uhh .. err .. that finger pointy thing he refers to (for the reading imparied) would be your lil mousie ..
you can also go to your profile, and it'll display your member # in your url window ..
