i think i can get off this one.. see we was at hyde park ave.. which is a long strip thats like 3 miles long.. straight road.. so they know alot of people race there due to the fact its a straight road with 2 lanes... well i was on the incoming lane and the cop was on the outgoing lane... as my friend cut infront of this bus.. the cop on the other side of the road saw that.. and saw me... but he didn't clock me or nothing.. why the hell would i be racing if i saw him in advance.. and i slammed on my brakes because there was a car coming out of a parking space bring my speed down to 20mph.. but since he seen me switchin lanes he thought i was racing..


oh well anyways i'mma tell the judge that anyways.. cuz thats ***.. how was i racing when i was doing 3-5mph more than the speed limit.. saw the cop.. we looked at each other and than he pulled his light..just cuz he seen me after the eclipse and the car pulled away doesn't mean i was involved. took 5 mins to bang a u turn and come after me.. me doing the right thing pulled over and waited for his slow ass..

hit me with a 100 fine plus 50.00 surcharge so 150.00

damn dats dat bullshit right there. I think your gonna bite the bullet on this one. Just because he saw you slam on your breaks. If you knew you where going the speedlimit and he hit you with a number better higher a lawyer to get you that supporting deposition. Did you ask the cop and when you or did you go to the car and didnt see any radar equipment in the car that calculated your speed? because if not then he threw that number at you.

And... I think this is the story at least, the Eclipse was in front of him? Figuring out what exactly is going on in these posts is hard.

And why the hell did you even pull over if he just turned on his lights from the opposite direction unless you knew you were doing something wrong? In cases like that, you just keep driving normally and when/if he pulls you over, explain that you thought he was flashing his lights at the Eclipse since it was driving fast and cutting off buses.

Your an idiot why would you race down by Hyde Park...you KNOW cops are always crawling around that one area because of illegal street races that go down in that area.

I knew people from Dorchester that said no matter what they were always hassled because of the cops constantly partoling the area.

what i meant when i said i beat it is when we went to dedham that long stretch that takes u to IHOP in norwood.. is where i beat him at.. i gave it to him.. i don't get how my car 95 integra ls beat a esclipse.. maybe its the dual cams.. by 3rd gear i was one car length and pulling away...

today i went by hyde park i seen atleast 8 cop cars pass by... i was like damn this area is hott... i don't even feel like driving by hyde park anymore..

man i wasn't clocked i know that for sure... i have a good chance of beating this one


what idiot would race when i spotted the cop car from half a mile away..... with 3 people in the car... 2 big buses in both lane(where my friend managed to cut in a tight spot. crazy as move...) cop see him speeding away.. than cop see me behind the buses.. we looked at each other and than he decides to pull the lights.. Mind you i slowed down because this driver was pulling out a parallel parking.... so by that time i was prolly doing 25mph at the least...
