quick question.. if the judge makes me pay the ticket.. do they mail me another one.. or what? how do i pay it if i sent it in to get an court date.. i guess the judge will hand it to me and make me pay? how does it work?

i got my court date today.. and it says i can pay 20.00 to see a magistrate before judge.. wtf does that mean.. i don't get it..

You go, talk to the magistrate, which will give you a chance to plead to a lesser charge. Go to the judge, listen to what he has to say, keep your mouth shut. After his judgement, just go out to the cahsier and pay your fees and fines. Then it's over with. When you get in your car, take a minute to think. Realize what you just did, and that you never want to do that again. Then drive safely and normally, and obey the laws. You'll never have to do it again.

so i pay 20.00 to talk my way out of the ticket after judge judgment or before.. i think its before.. but i thought i don't have to pay court fines.. and the ticket i have 20 days to pay if the judge doesn't dismiss my case..

Do you even know what to do in court? You really have to know what youre doing to have a chance of winning it. Dont rely on the chance that the cop might not come to the court. This is actually a very rare occurence.
