mental problems?

They say that anti-depressants can cause suicidal thoughts (which my brother has told me he has had in the past while on Zoloft) but I haven't experienced that yet, and hope I don't. I've heard it's more in adolescents than adults and I'm almost 30 so maybe I'll be lucky on that part.

That generally only happens either in adolescents or in people who don't take the medication properly. If you don't take it as prescribed or if you just stop taking it with out weening yourself off of it you can mess up your system.

That maybe why you don't feel like medications have worked before

i was taking lamictal and it didnt help for the life of me. i feel a bit better cause i vented with some people yesterday. thanks to everyone that helped yesterday.
