I downloaded an Eminem torrent and after about 2 hours, its done.

I go to open it, and theyre all .flac files?

I only use iTunes for my music playing. It's just so easy and very userfriendly. I hate WMP. But I think I'm gona give winamp a try.

anyone got any suggestions on which version is best of winamp?

for winamp i would suggest their current version....i havent used it in forever but when i did it was a strong player...i never had any problems with it...i just use WMP and Itunes nowadays....but winamp rocked...i should dl and use it again, i been itching to.

I use Winamp for all audio files and WMP 11 for video. I do not use WMP for burning (it sucks) I use Nero for editing audio and burning DVD's and Record Now! for burning CD's

the newest wmp is the shit man i ditched winamp for it, its just built into windows although the playlist shit is a little screwy.

Media Player Classic with the community codec pack FTW
For video anyways.
It even plays realplayer formatted videos.

If you skin it, try MMD3 if it's still around.
