What's up guys? It's been awhile since I've made a thread and for that, I feel guilty. So, with the alcohol running through my blood right now, 2 AM on a Sunday night, I thought, what better time to give a hello to my cb7-tuning peoples?
For those of you who don't know, and I'm sure there are a few of you lol, I'm the original owner and administrator of cb7tuner. It's crazy how there's a whole new generation of members here now; I feel like I'm posting on this forum for the first time. I think it's partially due to the irrelevant, cheesy-ass banner ads cycling across the top of the forum, but I won't get into that right now. Honestly, I'm just glad to see that the forum is still up and running and hosting a wealth of information to how many? Nearly 10,000 members? Good Lord. I would've never thought... but now that i think, I'm amazed. But, I still have to wonder how many of those 10,000 are repeat users coming on with a different username For that reason I always subtract about 500 members. Good stuff, though. I have to thank Deev for keeping it alive. All I've ever wanted this website to be was simply a place for people who love these 90-93 Accords to come and feel at home, and it seems like it's still serving it's rightful purpose.
Just to update those that know me better, or know my past: I've graduated from college and am now living and working in Los Angeles, doing entertainment shit. Yes, I still own the fox body mustang and drove it all the way out here from my hometown in southern Maryland. It's running fine despite occasional problems (I think it's a little "stressed out" due to running over 5,000 miles in one month). I'm still debating on what my next ride might be, but I'm more concerned about trying to continue to live out here -- LA is just mean financially. I still look for the cb7tuners out here... always looking for the decals on the windows when i see even a moderately hooked up CB. Haven't spotted anything yet.
Anyway, just a little update. I hope everyone is doing good and that you're all keeping the cb7s on the road and running. These are obviously older cars at this point; shit, nearly 17 years old now if you own a '90. So, keep them on the road and represent. H22 'em, turbo 'em (if you do it right), or just keep 'em clean and OEM style -- shit, who can't respect an overall clean 4th gen. Accord?
I'll try to be around more often, but life is sucking the life out of me right now.
