did you guys knew that being pulled over by the police can be one of the most streeful situation in your life !! many people that are faint of heart can't support the stress of being pulled over...it's a feeling of stress just as high as taking a ride in a roller coaster, bungee jumping and even being robbed or physically assaulted !

I dont see why people get so fucking scared when getting pulled over. If you have proper registration, insurance and license you are all good. Now if your are drunk or have like a pound of chronic or a dead body in the trunk then you are scared shitless.

some smalltown cops are just straight dicks... there has been times i have been pulled over my car searched and just released... i ask numerous times why i am being pulled over completely respectful and they just keep changing the subject... i do do get scared and i dont smoke weed or drink or do anything else so there isnt anything in the car but i have been arrested twice over something i didnt do... one time i was arrested for having a suspended wisconsin drivers license... and ive never had a wisconsin drivers license...


i for a full week got pulled over everyday for a "search of my vehicle" they must have gotten some Bs tip that i was moving drugs or some shit... they couldnt leave well enough alone and it really fuckin pissed me off...

keep an eye on em just as closely as they do on u... avoid tickets and dont speed in small towns... lol its just not worth it... if u gotta speed hit the highway...

*And NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER allow a cop to search your car. Even if youre not hiding anything. Tell him youd feel better with a warrant present first. It may be a dickhead move, but its completely legal and allowable.

Mike this may work in some states or cities, I know for a fact in Hamilton County, Iowa where my cousin is a Deputy Sheriff, denying a LEO permission to search your car IS all the probable cause that they need to be able to search without your permission.. It is just one of those, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. The hard way will usually get you one more patrol car and if the LEO really likes you he may request his supervisor also..

Never hurts to request that their supervisor is present also, if you still are paranoid that all Law Enforcement is corrupt and going to plant stuff in your car.. Last I checked they do NOT need a WARRANT to search your vehicle.. All they need is probable cause...

If you ask me it is just best to let them search your car. You, being the owner and operator of the vehicle have FULL responsibility for anything and everything in your car.

About a year ago, the local Deputy Sheriff's department recieved a report of a dark red, early 90's model, Accord shooting at bicycles and motorcycles. One of the Deputy's saw my car which matched the very vague description that they had. I, of course, already knew they were on the lookout for a car similar to mine, since I almost always have a Police Scanner with me in my car. I knew I had done nothing wrong and had nothing to hide so I consented to the search and the Deputy found nothing. He wasn't real thrilled with me having a police scanner but, there is nothing he can do about that. Police Scanners in vehicles (except 18-wheelers) are perfectly legal.

And on another note, with power tinted windows, when you get pulled over, it never hurts to roll all the windows down enough for the LEO to see that you are not hiding anything.. Even if it is raining just roll them down enough so that the LEO can see in with no trouble.. Later

Wow, that was one cool cop... that's how they SHOULD act! You weren't acting like an ass, and he was cool about telling you about that stuff. Honestly, he's right... if you come across some jerk on his second week, you're going to get a ticket for whatever he wants to give!

Tinted windows are also a scary thing for cops. You could have a gun aimed at their head and they wouldn't know it. As much as I'd like tints in my car, I can totally understand why they don't like them.
