Nah you can just get some strap from under a ford hood and just bolt it to the frame and drag it on the ground. You also get sparks. All it is is a bolt and rubber that drags on the ground.

its called an anti-static strap, its used to prevent that shock you get from your car some times and it also has been siad that it helps cell phone reception while driving real big in canada for a time
