cops around here dont mess with you as long as you have a license. and its just an endorsement not another license. i bought the bike from a cop in raleigh, tn and i was asking him about it and he used to be a mississippi state trooper so he said they wouldn't mess with me that much anyways

Nice pickup. I can't wait to get back on a bike.

And it's pretty powerful. Everyone says start with 600cc or less. but if you can respect what your sitting on and not act like some idiots on bikes do then you'll be perfectly fine.
