    The trans is in.
    All I got left is:
    Fill the trans.
    Oil change.
Replace the driver side cv joint.
    Rebuild the front end/paint parts.
Put everything back together in the engine bay.

Me too. Every time I got stuck I went to the PDF file I downloaded, it shows you step by step on how to install the trans.

I am missing the back two bolts for the lower crossmember. So I got to find those. I need to install the remaining clip that holds the lip to the bumper. I need to figure how the engine bay goes back together and figure out how the distributor goes back on.

Then I need to rebuild the front end. Al the joints and peices are ether rotten or rusted from sitting.

Replace the back tires. Rims and tires are not coming for awhile. I want to get ahold of the sunflowers you got, and use them as a all around rim.

Then from pushing it, I have dents in the hatch. From the snow sitting on it, I have a dent on the roof. I then need to take the roof rack off, and repaint it.

In the fall I hope to tear the rear apart, repaint and replace all the bushings.

Got along way to go, and alot of plans.

I feel like hell today, I feel like I got my ass kicked.

Its going to be so much fun when its done. Even if the body is not 100%.
The car has been sitting for over a year. Ive driven it a few times, but just around my parents yard. That was before it was slammed. When it was slammed I drove it from their driveway to the street.

I might swing a couple of bills and finish the wagon in the next two weeks.
But I still need to update my plates and get insurance.
I am down for a few meets this year, just dont expect a show car.
Its going to be years before shes finished.

I want to do a fall meet in October, in Iowa. Invite the Midwest.
Not sure how I am going to do it yet, but I will figure it out.

Thursday, I took off to get some things done.
So I am going to finish putting the bay back together. I am taking the Contour to a trans shop, then depending what they say I may junk it. Take that money and catch the bills up, or give it to my girlfriend so shes happy. Allows me to finish the wagon within the next couple of checks.

Once she is driving, I need to replace the back tires. The wire is showing.
Then its all about getting parts.

For the front of the car:
I need to replace every bushing/boot and paint/powered coat parts.
I need to replace my headlights with SIR reps.
                    Find an OEM hood bra.
                    Redo my grill I made.
Order the cover for the front of the roof rack.

                    For the rear:
                    Replace every bushing/paint/powered coat parts.
Do a custom exhaust set up using a Flowmaster 80 muffer with a slash tip.

I need to understand drum brakes, because this is the first car that I have had that uses them.

Prob will need a good tune up, and then replace the timing belt/water pump.

                    Then its on to wheels/tires.
Should I do 18's or 16's? Thats the question.

Paint and body will be last, and I am greatful I only have a few dents and trouble spots.

So much to do. So much to do.

Wish you lived closer, Itd be cool to have an Accord guy in my backyard.
Once you get the H22, I could help you swap it. I know how the trans comes out, so the motor cant be much more lol.

Think they would be too small for the wagon?
