It's mainly the throttle feel. "Rev-hang" and the delay that a Drive-by-Wire setup gives is killing the enjoyment for me. I do like the appearance tho.

Update: The TL broke down and sat for a few months. Ended up just needing two coil packs, was an easy fix. I decided to buy a truck during that time. My plan with this TL is to slowly fix it back up to off-the-lot condition. It needs a full detail, both inside and out, new wheels, all four windows need new trim as they are peeling, the rear window tint is bubbling, a dash mat as the dashboard has develops some cracks, and the rear seats need replaced. So I have my hands full.

Been driving the Acura to work and back. 80% city / 20% highway, averaging 24 miles per gallon according to the computer. Hand calculated put me at 22.8 miles per gallon. It was not as good as I was hoping, but not horrible. In 6th gear at 65mph it will cruise at 35 miles per gallon, which is fantastic in my book. Stop light to stop light, the V6 is a little more thirsty.

Sup fatboy (i dont mean to call you fat lol).
I too own a 3G TL. I feel like i get horrible gas mileage even with a MT. Luckily, I don't drive alot everyday. Most days, it's stop and go traffic 5 miles and back. I get something like 15 mpg. But on days that I have to take my car to work, its 50/50 highway/cty. I get a decent 20+ mpg. I recently used some fuel cleaner and small amount of seafoam through the gas tank. That helped me get back about 1mpg overall, i'm happy since i wasn't expecting much. From what I understand and read, the TL eats up gas in general in the city. This is coming from multiple members from Acurazine. So it's not uncommon. Looking forward to you're progress!
