2007 Accord drivers side lower dashboard cover removal

I need to remove this cover to install an alarm/remote start system. Looked in our free online Chiltons manual; no help. I'm having problems defeating the clips that are tucked up under bottom of dash cover without breaking them. Anybody here removed this panel before? Thanks!
It really is a labor of love making a neglected CB7 with "normal wear and tear" into something worth being proud of.

I have never taken off that particular panel, but i have removed enough of them to know that if it is giving your trouble, triple check that ALL screws are removed(if there are any)

Other then that, try to get it with a flathead...sometimes you just have to work with it....they are not mean't to be removed, which is why they are a pain in the ass.

there should be like 1 screw and 4 clips. just keep wiggling the panel and it should come right off.

1 screw in the bottom left corner, other then that, give it a good pull. Some of the clips might fall off, or they might stay on.

I've removed countless ones, I've never not had one fit correctly after removal.

Just had to give it a good pull. The way the clips were holding I thought I was going to break it. But, they finally gave in. Thanks for your help guys!!!
