How do they reserve? I mean what do they do so people will know?

On the pillars, there are post signs that says reserved on what day and what time frame and who it was resereve to. So if there are people there, you just tell them that the place is reserved, if they refused to leave, you contact the park police and they come in and kick them out.

But people are really good about things like that. They'll usually check the if its reserved before they set up.
