Well, so far it's just me reserving a room.

Rushdee had a freak incident with his 5th gen. He was prepping his motor for turbo later and did a 650 mile NA break-in on the engine and being on the highway, started getting rod knock bad. So he's not going now and cancelled reservation of his room at the NC hotel.

I think we're going to need another person fronting money for a room and having people pay that person back.

Yea, we will. We got 11 people going at this point. So I can fit 6 in my room (including me). We need another room for the other 5 people...I think 11 people in a room would be nuts!

Right now we're 9 people in our crew directly (CPMike and Mauricio are covering their own rooms with their own NY/NJ/VA crew).

So as we sit, I have one room paid & reserved. I need to know, if you all agree to get a 2nd room for comfortability (5 in one room, 4 in another) then if it comes to it...I will pay for a 2nd room. This would be $29 per person ($132 x 2 = $264 / 9 = $29 each).

I NEED to know ASAP. Please respond if you want 2 rooms or don't care to cram 9 people in a room.

Just to follow suit, I am making the signs for our group for the meet.

I am only putting CB7Tuner username in large letters, then in parenthesis under it in small letters your first name. This is how the person how came up with the idea is doing it, just following suit.

I'm doing it here at work, just letting people know. They will just be 8.5x11 paper in black & white (simple). We can put it inside on the dash so you can see it in front windshield down in one of the corners I figure.

I even have you Charlie (meeker7148), however I put Zach's friend as "Beefy's (Zach) friend".
