Funny even tho different tranny it cracked on the same spot as the last one.

But I might just go 5 sod and bar the damn thing. Glad I have the corolla as s dd.

I wouldn't assume the auto tranny sit's lower? I've broken a chunk off the tranny but it was the part where it covers the flywheel, not a part where it holds the fluids/ gears. That's the only part on a manual that sit's almost as low as the oil pan. I've driven like that for a few years.

the front of the auto trannys are a lot more flush with the ground. the manual's never really come that far down other than the bellhousing part that covers the flywheel.

time for e 5 speed swap.

you might want a h transmission then...I have one similiar to an accord but ill sell it for 120 bucks.
finished my nrg quick release, i installed it last night but the wheel was crooked so i realigned it however now my blinkers are kinda wack and my horn isnt setup. i should just turn this into a track car, LOL.

Installed Koni SP3's today. Royal pain in the ass too. Gave me a little more drop in the rear, but the front came out higher. Evidently I installed the base plate for the spring upside down. So I got to get back to it tomorrow. It drives fine though and much better on bumps. My stock shocks were blown pretty much.
