Just ordered my 2nd order of ON Gold Standard from amazon for $37. Running out of my mass peak weight gainer, so i might switch to something cheaper since I only bought it on sale aha.

Plan is to mix the gainer and the protein so i get calories + enough protein.

Im following this workout pretty closely.

funny story about ab work outs hahah:

I was doing declines for first time, stood right up after and all of a sudden my abs contracted into my stomach super tight and was extremely painful, then my heart started racing, got soaked in sweat, got real hot, started to lose hearing and vision dimmed. I thought I was going to pass out but I just sat down for 10mins and was better. Talked to a trainer and he said lack of proper blood flow, and weak abdominal muscles. He told me next time to lay down with my feet up when I feel like it's happening again and to stick to a more basic ab work out.

Damn wilson i never heard of that happening but good thing it wasnt serious it never happened to me before but i have a basketball background so my abs are pretty much use to that type of torcher.
AS for whats new with me is its pretty damn fucken hard to be on a diet but so far i have gotten use to just drinking water i think its time for me to cook and havee my food ready for me to eat so i wont get tempted to eat fast food
