and as for my nail, it's on the tread. time to patch that up and track again. i'm afraid though at high temps the patch will fail eh?!

you can see some minor camber wear, but its very minimal. the most ive driven on those tires were maybe 1500-2000 miles at most.
i can assure you tim that these tires are fine. after all im selling it to a homie, im not going to screw you over.
i wanted to get the 225/40 time but falken doesnt have it in that size which sucks. so i settled with the 235 because atleast i know its been done on a bb6Last edited by GHOST 2.2; 05-14-2009, 08:42 PM.

timmy, you should be fine with a plug. if I can have a plug in the tire and work in the desert at about 127 degrees outside, you should be ok. LOL.The beginning of a new era............................
165 hp 149 ft. lb. torque sohc non vtec. then....
184 whp and 149 ft. lb. torque f20b stock now......

Originally posted by GHOST 2.2 View Posti just wanted a change of size, so i can drive my car with my wheels more often. and because the current set up doesnt satisfy my tire to fender gap fill.

plugged the tire last night. it's holding air so far since checking it this morning. i'll drive on it this weekend and see the results. i just plugged it up (DIY), not patch it up like what you prolly did matt.
btw, when the canopy blew over at the track, it must have messed up my compressor since it doesn't stop at 80psi anymore. it keeps going! dangerous!
