Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Can anybody name these rims?

    Bought a CB7 a few weeks ago and going to get some new wheels for it but I need to know the name of these in order to sell them. Can any body help me out with this. I'll post up some better pics of the actual car later when its in better condition lol. Also if anybody is in the Houston area and wants to trade for some factory wheels or even buy these just let me know. Thanks

      I thought Konigs too. Pop one off and check the inner rim wall for id marks.

            Good idea, the guy I bought it from didn't give me the lug key so I had to get one last night from Advance auto. Today I'll pull them off and put the stealies on and check what they really are.

            I figured they might be some replica rim off of ebay or something seeing that major rim companies put their name at least on the centercap.

              well dude......i might have your answer.those caps are the same caps as what came with my rims,yours have just been painted over.and my rims are alt

                Remove the rims and take a look at the back. It's mostly written there.

                  Yeah they are painted over. I went to konig's website to search them but like I thought they must have got discontinued. Either way I'll be finding out tonight when I get off of work. Thanks allot people

                    Just to add....

                    I know there have to be several companies that market an identical wheel, but the first major name brand that came to mind was Advan. I do not see it on their site though, so if anything it is an old design.

                    Someone mentioned 'Alt', and I agree. I would also check 'ADR'. There are some companies that make knock-offs or generic wheels that imitate those of the high end manufacturers like Enkei, Advan, Racing Hart, etc. I think Alt is one of them...

                    Either way, this is clearly a fairly old design, so you might not see it on any makers website, cause they want you to only see the new stuff.

                    If you keep any old issues of car mags, you might want to check some of the huge wheel ads (like the two page ones). I'm certain you will find it that way.

                        I just looked around and they look like konigs to me . I had the same prob years ago and it had the company name on the inside of the rim .

                            dont tenzo make rims? my friend had some rims in his car that looked like yours, i think they were tenzo, but i could be wrong
