Rag top!!!!!!!! Question

so i stopped this morning to get gas, while i was pumping i turn and see this cb7 with a rag top, i dont mean convertable, i mean rag top like a caddy! It said especail or limited edtion on the side of the rag top.....so the question is where there any real cb7 models with Rag tops?

They're around, just not common. They definitely didn't come from the factory like that. It was either a dealer option or completely aftermarket. Ugly as hell IMO.

as far as I know they never did from the factory . People used to have rag tops installed , it was called a phantom top made to look like a converatible top when it actually it was not.
I think it,s a good look if it,s done right and if it complements the rest of the look on the car.

I remember, not long ago, someone posted a pic of a white cb with a blue rag top on here. Anyone else remember seeing it? If memory serves me correctly, they were calling it a landau top?

Theyre around there are CRX ones theyre terriable looks like the Geo convertible. I've Never seen the CB7 convertible but it was made by a company in california in the early 90s.

ive seen those, i have a few pictures of one that i saw at a used car lot on my server but i dont know where they are. it was white with a blue top.

this was an aftermarket thing, it pops up here and there... it was just a rag layer installed overtop of the car chassis, so its a full solid roof still, it just "looks" like a fabric convertible ragtop.
