ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

is it a srs or non srs wheel? looks like you got a 93 (if thats the cb youre tlking about in your sig) so you have a srs wheel in the car now, if the DA wheel is non srs you will have problems. if it is srs, . tell us how it goes. just unhook the battery before you start fucking with the airbag, and use a chilton or hayes or whatever you prefer manual so you dont set the thing off while youre working on it and break your spine. if you want to see how powerful airbags are, watch the airbag couch prank video.

What problems is he gonna have? The only problem is he won't have an airbag. And yeah the SRS light will be on but I don't know if that qualifies as a problem.

^the spacing between the column trim and the wheel, the wiring for the horn and cruise control if you intend to retain it (srs uses a clock spring)

the srs light is an easy fix if you can find a .25 watt 2 ohm resistor without having to pay $7 shipping for a $0.03 component.

edit: i guess he could swap the column to a 9091 unit. to avoid all of that trouble.

Or u can just remove the cluster and pull out the bulb. Thats what I would do.

Just remove the clock ring from the steering column. (I think that's what it is called.) Use the ring from a 90-91, it will screw into the srs column and just run your wires for the cruise and horn and tap into your existing wires.

If its a da it dosent have an airbag

I personally hate the da steering wheel. I have a 91 accord se steering wheel to put on some day

But yes a da steering wheel will fit ( and vise versa )
