ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    Need help identifying wheels!

I just picked these up off craigslist. They are 14" 4x114.3 wheels, I guess all that matters is they fit and I like them, but I would like to try and find their original source. Here is what info I can get off the wheels: 5 1/2-jjx14 25, 82 [12] W [21], and WM812-455* 1, 2, 3, and 4 so I guess it means they came off the same vehicle. Any help or suggestions whether they are going to fit properly or where they came from are appreciated.

PS the previous owner painted them and added the chrome inserts as far as I know...

I believe that they are oem accord wheels that the previous owner painted.

but they do look nice. put them on your car and see how sexy it looks like haha

The JIL standard is a small logo placed in the design of automotive alloy wheels during the casting process to certify that they have been passed by Japanese Authorities to approve them for sale in the Japanese market

the letters JIL mean Japan Institute of Labour

Kind of doubting the fitment now after reading offset threads... so we have a 14x5.5 +25, which means it will stick out a bit.. but it is only 5.5 wide. Can I run a 185/60/14 and a 2.5 inch drop all around without looking retarded or rubbing too much?

Looks like an older set of either Riken or BBS rims... maybe even an older Enkei but I would guess the other two brands first... hard to tell when it's been refinished... best of luck

I was going to say BMW, until I saw life_shifts post. They look a lot like stock 87 325i wheels.

With a +25 offset you shouldn't have any problem with them stickin out enough to rub.
