I like the look of the dark headlights and taillight but want to do it myself. Has anybody used window tint to darken your headlights, taillights, corner lights and/or bumper lights??

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

In addition to your vehicle's lights serving to allow you to see better, they also allow you to be seen by others. Tinting them is blatantly making yourself less visible. Less visible means less safe. This seems to be a recurring thing with car trends these days. They're all centered around making vehicles unsafe. My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

I tried tinting my taillights when i first got my coupe, didnt go so well. The countour of our tailights doesnt seem like it would be a pain compared to others to tint but... it was. Id always have a air bubble no matter what where the taillight bends. Best bet is either Nite shading them or having them tinted profesionally but its expensive. Nite shade is kool bc you can go as light or dark as you want, just make sure you get a nice even coat GL

Most people on here don't care for my opinion. But since you asked I shall give t to you. You're purposefully compromising safety for the sole purpose of "looking cool". Not better handling or better performance, but for looks. Not that those others would be any more right, it just makes it seem more selfish. Personally I would think about how modifications to my car affected others.
Riding a motorcycle (while also possessing a brain) teaches you to be mindful of the thoughts of others on the road. That goes both ways. Not only am I trying to think ahead of them in regard to my own safety, but I'm considering them as well. They're driving in an environment with a very small vehicle that can't easily be seen. Just a different perspective. My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

I agree with jarrett on the matter, today I thought of buying a can just so I could be different from the other stock cb7's until I got red/clears. Then I thought, damn I do a LOT of driving. And is it really worth it? Not really, find safer ways to be different or cool. That's just my little rant, but to the OP's question, yes tint film WOULD work.1993 10th Anniversary MRT

Refer to Bella (My MRT).
My corners, bumper, and tails are smoked. But just dark enough for it to look good but can still be seen very well mid day! I have red clears on my rear just for an idea. Try walking like that for a few weeks and see if your shoes wear funny! (hint: they will.)
