Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    yea the thing is i seen the blusih hid kits on hummers and this one cb7 and they look amazing but the 4000k-5000k seems too original to me

                    i assume if your doing this, that you have checked around your area to see how anal the cops are. if you do or get the install wrong,it will draw alot of attention and you'd get pulled over. cops know that a early 90s car, wasn't equipped with HIDs. check over on http://www.hidplanet.com/forums/index.php for ideas,help or what not.

                              I live in knoxville, TN and there are plenty of people around here that roll with 8000k, which appear alittle bluer than the pic before states, and there are a couple of friends who roll with 10000k's. (Which i personally think is TOO much light).

                              But, there is this one guy, drives a camry that has his 12000k hid's and i get blinded. They are sick. WAY TOO MUCH LIGHT!!!

                              I'd go for 8's or maybe the 6's, (if the cops are anal)

                                Actually the higher the K , the lower light output it is. If you are blinded it means the headlights are in need of adjustments. Also if it's running on stock OEM headlights which are not designed for HID's they are going to cause a lot of glare which is a reason for bliding drivers on the road.
