ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Fog light harness routing - question # 2

Have the fog light harness installed on the 91 EX wagon, with one exception - the branch of the harness that goes up to the switch. Factory directions make it souind easy - pull the 4 way flasher and rear window defogger switches, run a piece of stiff wire through a switch hole to the underside of the dash, wrap the wire around the 10 pin connector for the fog light switch, pull it through, plug in the switch and snap all three switches back into their holes.

Been trying to find a space behind the ac controls and stereo large enough for the 10 pin connector to fit through for a couple of hours without success - I can get the puller wire in place and get the connector pulled about half way through before it jams. If anyone who's installed a harness has any suggestions, I'd love to hear 'em......

MMM Welcome to Honda. You may have to take off dash bezel, screws for AC controls, pull that out a bit, run wire through and then put all back together. I noticed the same problem running other wires. Just no room to easily get square items through.
IE: when doing the dash swap, don't forget connectors as you need to try and run them up through here.

Since the plug appeared to be the problem (looked like there was room to run the harness with the plug removed) I figured out the release mechanism for the terminal ends, pulled them out of the harness, pulled the harness through, reinstalled the terminal ends in their proper bays and plugged the socket into the switch. Only took a few minutes once I figured out how to the the terminal ends out of the plug.
