ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

That sounds good. Pretty sure we won't find one that will be a direct fit but if we could find one that requires some modding that won't be too annoying that would work fine.

Hi my name is Paul with Momentum II. I will get more details for you cb7 guys about the rear visor IF INTERESTED! I'm willing to make a rear visor for the 90-93 accord sedan perfect fitment but I will need opinions of what style you guys want. It will be made from arcylic injection plastic and comes with 3M auto double sided tape.

@Sequence: for the fronts i'm using Acura Vigor seats, you ditch the seat rails and swap in some accord seat rails, is what someone told me. so friday imma go to the junkyard and see if i can get some spare seat rails, cuz i don't wanna strip my current seats.

for the rear (I have a coupe) i'm using Acura CL 97-99 seats, the bottom seat is pure drop in, you have to bend one little thing to get it to line up with the bolt hole but the metal tab is really easy to bend. the backrest doesn't use the seat-folding brackets that are used on the accord seat, so they kinda just sit back there. what i'm planning on doing though, to make sure they're secure, is make a wood panel for the back of it, and attach that panel to the seat and carpet it, cut a hole so i can use the ski-pass, and ghetto-rig a latch onto the panel that will line up with the accord latch (the latch doesn't line up), cuz yesterday i braked hella hard and the seat flew into my back seat hahah! but in the meantime, it's good

for sedans you can use the vigor backseats, and probably legends and stuff. you can also use 5th gen and 6th gen accord leathers, but those aren't as good quality as the acura leathers, I think.

vigors are the easiest swap, i heard, so if you can score some vigor seats, go for them!

@XinsaneJDMX: i'm in the process of making my own rear roof visor out of styrofoam, lol! its gonna be the backbone, and then i'm gonna fiberglass over it.

@my 9t9d, MomentumII: will the acrylic injection visors fit coupes? i dunno if the window is different sized :\ just lookin' out for coupe owners as well, i'll probably do my custom rear roof visor first.

also, is it possible to make that lip where the 3M tape is be facing inward, and not outward? like...
            **_________________________
_/*************************\_ instead of this... (NOTE: IGNORE THE *'S, IT'S JUST TO GET THE SPACING FOR THE SLASHES AND STUFF. but do you notice the lip where the 3M tape is affixed? thats what i'm talking about)

            *__________________________
/_************************_\ like this? i dunno if it will make the injection process just bit more cumbersome.

and the back edge not bowed in the middle, like how most of those rear roof visors are, but more straight-edged, for a cleaner look?

sorry if i'm asking a lot, wanted to see if these could possibly be considered in the production of the visors. thanks!

I just used a rear window visor for a 94-97 accord. It`ll be short at the ends but it works for me.

no problem! you'll probably have better luck in your junkyard than mine, haha it took me 2 years before i spotted some good condition front seat leathers! and then i went down from sac to SF to go pick up the CL seats haha, but when you do it, it totally changes your interior, and it feels good when it works.

it's like... plushier or something lol, more supple haha
