ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

            I'm in a love-hate relationship with the spoiler. I like it in the first picture where you can only just see it, and I'm not so sure about it when you can see it easily like in the last picture. I don't know, I doubt I'll take it off because I don't have the equipment to fix the holes...

                thats a very clean body, but as said before me that wing isnt exactly my taste, but to each their own.

                If you ever find yourself hating the wing more than loving it you could luck out and find another trunk in the same color as your's in a junkyard, CB's seem to pop up quite often in junkyards and if the yard is resonable things tend to be pretty cheap.

                  That is very true, my good sir. Maybe even carbon fiber? lol, nah I'm not really a huge fan of carbon fiber trunks for CB7's but I guess it would be better than trunkless. And to RoseRoyce: I'm a little low on funds right now, but in the future I will. Not sure how much but probably about 2"-3".

                        I'd really like to get a completely new exhaust system. I have the muffler, but I want new headers, pipes, cat, all of that. It's so fun to get looks from people as I rev up a little!

                          Well here's some info you might find helpful, hopefully Deev doesnt mind me sharing it in this post, you see as its unrelated to the original topic it could be considered somwhat off topic and thats generally frowned upon. (sorry Deev!)

                          For a header I would use;
                          Megan Racing Header, this brand has bigger primaries than the eBay knock off counterparts, which in return will provide more power.

                          For a cat, i would keep the stock one as a "resonator" or "test pipe" will most likely give it a raspy and "farty" tone often asociated with "ricer's"
                          If your's is bad, then I would consider the OBX oem style high flow cat

                          For a catback there are 3 reasonable options that Ive ran across;

                          1) SR*S Catback, 2.25" ID, not to be confused for RS*R, sound quality unknown. these sell for $250.
                          2) Megan Racing Catback, 2.5" ID, deep sound, very loud. these sell for $370.
                          3) Yonaka Catback, 60mm ID, very deep but nice and quiet at the same time. An extremely good copy of a Apexi WS2. these sell for $240.

                          I hope that helps you out some good luck in your selection.

                            Looks good, nice clean body. Lose the wing and get "Rob's Auto Body" to fill in the holes for ya. I'm not digging the rims because they remind me of a Kia look. I like the grill swap and how all your lines/gap on the car look perfect

                            Any future plans?

                              At first I was like ok ok. Nice and clean. Wasn't 2 crazy on the wheels but still clean. Then I seen the wing. My heart is sore.
