ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Anythingbutjs: 1992 Accord LX

Well this is my first post after lurking around for about a year or so. Could not for the life of me figure out how to post a thread on here. Just had to activate my account so lets get to it.

I first got My 92 LX in 2011 when my father decided it was time to pass it on. He has been the second owner since 1997 and was originally bought in Los Angeles, CA. It was drove from LA to Charlotte NC where it currently resides. Little by little I have been trying to make this car my own. I truly love the CB7 and the end goal is to have a really remarkable build in the future. For now i'll post a couple of pictures of what i've done. I should have taken more pictures of everything that has been done to it but i didn't.

My LX at a car meet. Parked with all the stock cars.

Got some F&F type 1's and new bushings and suspension techniques front and rear sway bars. Didn't take pics of the sway bars

Got some new wheels for my baby. Balling on a buget so xxr's where a must

Getting an annual inspection done. Has Catback exhaust with a Vibrant Muffler

After the F&F's went on and my new set of tires came in.

Ran out of gas on the side of the road. Thought i would make was not a smart move on my part.

    Plasti-Dipped the wheels black

    Quick release installed.

    More to come

Honestly these past couple of months I have been slacking but this forum is great and I will be keeping everyone thats looking at this updated. Great tools here to build an awesome car! I am still undecided on how to proceed when it comes to under the hood. F22a1 N/a build, F22a1 boost, or just jump straight to the H22. I think im going to play around with the f22a for the time being. If it aint broke dont fix it right. Anyway I'll keep you posted and I'll start taking loads of pictures.

Good looking ride. Looks like you fought the steering column cover for a bit. Does any one that you know of make a lower cover that small half circle?

Nice job on the plastidip'd wheels. How many coats did you do?

Great looking start, man! btw, you might want to consider changing your steering wheel for something not made by GripRoyal at some point. I've seen some bad "after" pictures from crashes and the spokes like to disconnect from the wheel, which could be pretty nasty to cut your wrists on during an accident. Legit steering wheel companies make their wheels in one single piece of metal that goes around the entire wheel as well as the spokes to keep stuff like that from happening.

get a small piece of anything flat (aluminum, plastic, carbon fiber) and glue it in from behind.

I took him for a ride in it. Its to low for his taste and i kind of agree. But as far as handling he was like a kid in a candy shop couldn't believe the difference some coil overs and sway bars make.
