ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

I think we can all agree as a community that we all drank the Bisi koolaid and got burned as a result, unfortunately some of us more than others. I learned that the fancy high dollar "race" parts aren't always the ones that get the best results. I bought one of his $50 intake manifold gaskets, and I'm betting that a $12 gasket from the parts store would have been just fine on my DD Honda.

Man... we were swimming in that Koolaid!
It sucks, because as an engineer, Bisi truly knows what he's doing. His race results are solid proof that he is no hack. Which makes it worse in many ways, that his products for us were so carelessly made, and support for those that had issues was virtually nonexistent!

His intake manifold gasket was pretty much the same thing Hondata sells (sold?) On an engine that's being pushed hard, for a long time... it probably helps prevent the intake manifold from getting heat-soaked. On a daily driver that isn't being pushed hard, probably no benefit at all.

        There we go!

Interesting... Evolution Industries is owned by Crush Master Grinding

Looks like they also make valve springs and retainers. I wonder if they do Bisi's valvetrain components.

I looked to see if I could find something negative about either company, and not much came up (not much came up at all, good or bad.) Automotive products seem to be a secondary concern, and Evolution Industries is actually classified as a company that makes "communication products"... It seems that the company makes and sells motorcycle parts, and any automotive parts are made for sale to dealers rather than the general public. It's entirely possible, given the VERY narrow scope of their automotive products, that they made all of those things at Bisi's request, to his specs. That one is positive, at least.
