ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

1990 Accord LX, 51k Miles, Stock

Hey everyone, I’m looking to get a price on this accord. I know this isn’t a sale site but really not sure how to price it. I was thinking $8000 OBO is fair.

It’s a CA car and been garage kept it’s entire life, 1 owner, miles are 100% original, I ran a carfax. I also have the bank note indicating the car is paid off (from 1991!). I am selling it for my landlady who is in her 80s and does not drive at all.

It has a very small dent on passenger door and some scratches on driver side front bumper.

Middle two AC vents don’t blow, and radio sometimes doesn’t work.

Other than that flawless, and has Japanese VIN.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!! (sorry if this isn’t the correct place to post this).

The Google Drive link is photos of the car, couldn’t figure out how to upload photos from my phone to this site.

That is a nice example, and the issues your shared are not difficult fixes at all. But, $8,000 is going to get you laughs and low ballers that will tick you off rather than serious buyers. If those two issues were fixed, I would see people seriously trying to negotiate with you if they saw $5,000 OBO in an ad.

Im surprised you are even asking about this on a forum like this. Lol like you are only going to get biased answers. Obviously we love cb7s and if you find a clean one every single one of us will tell you to buy it. The real question is whether you like it, want it, or are passionate about it. I would pay 10k for a totally clean shell 100% but thats just me because I love this chassis. I bought a rusty one for 2k and put a turbo in it cause i wanna go fast. thats the question, what do you want the vehicle for? Anything old like this is going to take work to put it back into the kind of condition it was sold at. its all about what you want to work on, and old hondas are an amazing platform
