Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

          I was never diagnosed, but my grandfather was and my mother is. And I've started getting blurry vision after eating sweets. So I stopped and the blurry vision has stopped.

          Now I've been on lo-carb diet and lost 30ish lbs.

            Ol sKool Monday, my hood mod. Yes it still opens like that if i took the bolts out... if bolts r in. Hood opens normal..

            Cluster light mod. C ya ugly fukin green lights, hello sweet amber. Easy mod there!

                    Inner and outter dizzy seal replaced. Followed the diy... my dizzy was dirty put the wire brush on it... then 400 grit sandpaper. Its no typeG polish but i like it. Here are some pics. Thanks to those who helped...




                    O-Ring fell apart so did the inner seal..the idk if yall new but theres a spring inside the inner seal                    .



                    Heres final all done with wire wheel and sandpaper with 400 grit paper.

                        It was a lil hard. I think I'm doing it wrong even tho it looks kinda nice.. at some area's I dug into the metal a lil bit 2 much. I think I should've used different round grit scuff pads. Idk. Something more flexible around the edges. U can see some dark area's. But I tried.

                          when i polish medals i dont like using dremel tools and stuff incase i mess up. i always just use sand paper by hand. but i think it lookd good

                            Thanks C-3P0, I just used a drilled and wire brushes, 2 different sizes. it kinda matches my oem silver vc.

                                What im doing now, trying to make the top edge more even. This visor was off a 2001 v6, its not as flared up as a 98. Idk, it sits more closer to the windshield. From side to side. Its pretty even. Corners. Not that far off, anyways i dropped it down the steps, so has all kinda light marks. Im just gonna sand the bitch. Using 400 grit. Pretty smooth so far.
