i go to court on the 9th . hell in a couple of days . i don't how this is gonna go. they gave me a ticket for an bike rack on my car. that was an reason just to pull me . gave me 3 tickets ,about my l's he gave me an ticket for possession of an fictitious licence, displaying an fictitious, an obstruction of view {my tags } and he took my licence, . the next day i went to dmv and got an duplicate. had no problem getting them , just the $35 and the wait . checked into it . i have no points . cant find why he would do that.would i be wrong to press profiling charges . sorry i had to vent . this has taken all my paint fund + some . lawyers arent cheap.

definitely worth the money for a lawyer on this one. You can sue for the money spent and you could also get some for pain and suffering.

no i just past him doing like 30-35 . i just picked my son up from daycare. i was on my way home . he followed me like 2milkes . when i pulled in my complex to park .is when he flashd his lights .my girl came out and got my son as he was writing tickets . i was in my car for another 45minutes after she got him . he couldnt tow my car it was on private property. thats all he could find .

I dont see how the bike rack would be illegal, but your lawyer should get you out of that one. Sound slike the cop was profiling....

Sue for the money spent like said above and then some. IMO you were done wrong by this one.

I'm really not sure what you're saying. Your posts are extremely hard to translate. You had a fake license? ...As far as getting pulled over for a bike rack, that seems like BS. Definitely get a lawyer. If you were saying you had a fake ID, that could be a felony charge.

I had my license taken from me in my driveway also, he followed me for 5 miles til i got home, and then told me dont move ur car, u have no insurance...
It was all i huge misunderstandin on my insurance part but just the fact of him takin the license away right then and there was very fked up.

I had to get with my insurance, they had lost my payment....
They had to pay for the fees it took me to get my license back..
Some cops just have issues, and when they pull u 1s they think its ok to keep fkin with u everytime they see u. Im yet to understand why.

i found that out the hard way . , for 3 months i being pulled . for no reason . your exhaust, your tint , your steering wheel is to small , your car fits the description. and my favorite why do you have tags from an accord on an civic . .these are cops .they dont know there cars , hell they look at them everyday dam .
