if she signed it your fine, just retitle it in your name, and it would be sying that the lady sold it to you, not your buddie. or you can just fill it out yourself, you dont need her there.

even that it was notorized in 04 i can just sign it an all an send it off or will i have to have it renotorized

ummm if you have the title.... forge the last owner's sig. i know it's illegal n etc. i've done it 2 or 3 times. never had any problem, but then again i'm in jersey.

Yeah I was fixin to say the same thing cuz I've done that quite a few times. But thats here in Denver and we done require notarizing either so thats new to me. But if your shit is already signed by ol girl and notarized then I don't see why you don't just go head and title it to yourself cuz your homie don't got nothing to do wit it really. The only thing is I don't know if a notary as an expiration. If it does then you just assed out. You can't get a power of attorney from the previous seller (not your homie but the lady)?
