CB7's and dates

i was wondering if any of you guys or girls ever took out your dates in you cb7 and where did you take them?

Me and my boyfriend always switch cars so one of us doesnt always do all the driving. We have a prelude, teg, and a CB.

We usually take the lude if we go somewhere fancy.

Take the CB and teg to more "fun" oriented dates.

Being as it's my only car, yeah lol. I've taken plenty of women out in my cb. That is, before I broke the body kit and the headlight got hit. Now it's sitting in the yard looking all sad. I wonder if my dad will let me use his truck to run to the junk yard today.

Which one what? Which CB7? I only have one... My other Accord is an 86, and my third car is my Fit.

Or which date... I dunno... I have one or two a week. All first dates. No second dates. Mostly my decision... sometimes theirs, unfortunately (the ones I like don't seem to like me... I think that's a requirement for me to like them. )

Here's my advice. If you are worried about impressing the opposite sex, you will never be truly happy. If someone doesn't like your car, say thanks for your opinion, but I didn't ask.

If you're really into your car, then that's part of you. A girl that likes you has to like that part as well. My ex hated that about me. That was one of the reasons we didn't work. (though the funny thing is, the last time I saw her, she trailed off in conversation to check out a CB7... )

However, a slammed, noisy, dirty 20 year old tuner car isn't something that a nearly 30 year old man takes out to impress chicks.
I tune old Hondas. I watch anime. I listen to Cradle of Filth and Scatman John. These are things a girl can find out down the road... after I've shown her my "impressive" side

I've used my Granny Green CB for plenty of dates and the best way to convice your woman it's not a lame old car is to keep up the interior. Classy EX or 10th Ann wheels help too. My woman's got an 08 Yaris and we still take mine cause I talk a positive game and keep it cleaner than hers

Mine rides rough, though... and it's noisy as hell. It's not a "nice" car anymore.
