this thread is a problems with ur car thread. had to fix some thing to day post it.tell us ur problem and how u fixed it.

ok so i noticed that when i start my car the belt would squeak just thought it was loose.so i drove the car for some time with the belt "loose".comes to find out the god damn ac compresser is so loose only 1 bolt held it on.so i had to take the hole thing off, go to the store and buy the shorter belt cause i dont have a/c any way no lines just never took the pump off.any way long story short ended takeing the a/c rack,altinater rack,and power steering pump rack off.and just put the altinater rack assembaly back.it was frezzing out so it sucked.

blew my heater core out again today with water and air so it will heat up inside the car...... it will last a couple of weeks and i will do it again untill it gets warm outside... just makes you hate a car when you freeze in it.

- Coolant Overflow keeps being empty after 3 days
- I always have oil in spark plug tubes even with brand new seals
- I get random sputter at startup
- My alignment is tatally off even with current alignment
- My brakes smells bad
- I get 17MPG light foot or heavy foot don't matter
- My exhaust smells extremely strong
- I failed emisisons
- My power windows are broken
- My power door locks are broken



Solution:
- I junked the bastard.

started reading this and was thinking to myself "his car got junked wtf is he talking about?"

i know you fixed everything you could on that car short of replacing the motor. bummer.

your civic is looking very good though. some mods on it that i havnt seen on other civics. which is a big surprise considering all the civics on the road....

All four of my power windows go up and down super slow, sometimes they don't move at all.

reset your timing, turn idle screw all the way down, reset ECU.

solved my bouncy idle.

No, don't turn it all the way down. Unplug the IACV and adjust the screw until the tach shows your running at 500 rpms, then plug the IACV back in and the idle will go up to the correct rpm and stay there. This is the right way.
