ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Welcome to the site. There's quite a few of us in Columbus and you just missed a meet.Originally posted by Hondaman_steve View Posthey thanks alot what year to what year prelude do i need to get the right ha22.. and which h22xx is it that i need your input is appreciated thanks .. since that being said i do have some h22a4 stuff for sale complete head, intake, exhaust mani, wireharness, and a few other parts but.... im located in columbus ohio do you know any good dealers that would have a h22 for a decent price
I think most guys are buying from www.hmotorsonline.com. to get their H. You can also check craigslist, I see H dropouts (both 22 and 23) all the time. You can also consider building the F, either the one you have or another one. There's a ton of potential in the F, without going vtec or dohc. Look through the site and you'll get some idea of the different builds and possibilities for you to go with. You should also check out bisimoto.com. When it comes to the SOHC f22ax, he's the king.
Check out Ohioaccords.com as well. One of the guys from here (slammed4thgen) started it a year or so ago, and it's slow right now, but we're building a small, but decent group of enthusiasts around town.Last edited by visualpoet; 08-18-2010, 05:58 PM.

The engine build you are referring to is commonly called the "G23 vtec". It has been done numerous times, even by a few members on here. IMHO its not worth it. If you think it is a good option for you for whatever reason, i suggest you do a bit of reading up on it. There are a bunch of build threads on here, honda-tech and a couple on preludepower.com.
good luck

Ohioaccords.com always has the next meet listed, and in the regional section here there's a Ohio Meet thread you should be able to see, but won't be able to post in until you get your thirty posts in.Originally posted by Hondaman_steve View Posthey guys thanks a lot by the way when is the next meet is there a web page i can go to to find out

The H22 head can be put on the F22 block. How many cams it has means absolutely nothing to the block.
However, the result would be a low-compression, low-redline mockery of the H22. You'd hit VTEC and have to shift very soon after. The power gain would only be MAYBE 20hp, and the reliability would be seriously compromised. If you want VTEC, get a full H22.
Why is this thread entitled "intake swap" when you're asking about a head?
