ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    My Visit to Collective Autoworx

I recently just got back from a cross country trip. While I was down in Tucson Arizona, I stopped by Collective Autoworx. Scott is a really cool guy and let me snap some shots around the shop.

Sorry I didn't get any shots of the CB. I had some computer problems with my truck and couldn't get back out there.

Thanks for letting me visit Scott. I'll get picks next time I am in town.

My cousin wanted a shot with this massive turbo.

    Something you don't always see.

    A 2JZ transplant.

    Scott on the left.

Sweet! I have family in AZ... someday I really need to get out there and pay Scott a visit. His CB7 has been one of my biggest inspirations. He's the reason I set my goals to have a car that's really fast, handles great, and is still perfectly driveable on the street.

I am currently building a 2.0 b series that will handle 1000+ whp for this car. The owner wants a minimum of 800whp with room to grow... Not a problem.

Thank you sir! As usual you say the kindest things. I appreciate that! I hope to meet you face to face one day.

We do mostly maintenance and repair these days. Our local economy is really bad, so most of the projects pictured above are taking forever to complete.

A quick run down on what is pictured...

The Blue CRX is an all motor car. 86x89 14/1 comp B series making 256whp runs 11.61 @ 119.89 (driver has only made 5 passes on the track with it) Quicker times will happen with seat time.

                      Red CRX is mentioned above...

The Red EK hatch on the lift (with my mechanic working on it) next to the red crx... Has my old race H22 engine (freshened up) and should be tuned next week.

My all motor car... "resting" I will have new dyno figure for it really soon! maybe even I will learn to drive it... haha!

Turbo manifold and Turbo are for another 1000+whp project. I have a few of these engines and set-ups running around the country.

Also pictured is a b16 powered EG that was resurrected from the junk yard... pieced together and added a very cheap turbo kit to the mix. After fixing all of the non fitting ebay crap the customer supplied us, they decided to let the car sit in my shop for a few extra months, I guess. Sometimes keeping business alive means you have to polish a few turds... I bet we get roughly 300whp out of it when it is done, so that will keep the owner happy. I'd just rather have this thing finished and out of my way. Right, Chris? ( he is a member here too, so this sould get under his skin, I hope! HAHA! JK man!

The Datsun... is just madness about to happen.

The green EG is a customer's H2B set-up that came from my race platform...well actually it is another one of my personal engines that made 300whp in the past, but completely rebuilt from the ground up. Better sleeves, lighter rods, MORE compression, larger ITBs, and modified RMF header. This uses my old Vance and Hines head (for those of you who know) and I am having it touched up to flow better so this thing should make a significant jump from the 303whp it once was at.

                      I hope that covers things.

Thank you guys for coming out and taking the pictures. I wish I had more cool stuff for you all to look at... Maybe, when Deeve plans his trip out I will have the red carpet out and a couple more cool things to look at.
