Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    H22 finally

    hey i finally put in an h22 that was built to be boosted and i just need a turbo and ill have a boosted h22. what type of turbo should i get?

      assuming you didn't build it yourself, do you have proof of it being built for boost? you can't go on someone else's word with something like this. congrats on the swap though. how do you like it so far?

        built to boost like forged pistons complete rebuild
        and i know its built to boost becuz i help my buddy put it together and he boosted it in his prelude and then he was partin it out so i bought the motor, chipped and tuned ecu, wiring harness, all the stuff to swap it. and i wanna know how big or what type of turbo i should get?

          where do you want it to spool?
          how many hp are you lookin to get?
          whatd he have on it? if youre gonna use that ecu you should prolly use the same setup he had

            actually today he gave me his turbo set up so im just gonna use that and illpost pics of the new engine and turbo set up when i get a chance im pretty sure its runnin around 350-400 horse but not sure

                Saying you want a turbo for 350-400hp isnt helping anyone. Answer those questions. I am also curious to what's "built" on this block other than just forged pistons which doesnt say much.

                  i thought the cam was supposed to be the last decision...not the turbo.

                      Forged pistons in a block with FRM sleeves??? I hope it was resleeved, which would have cost a few grand....someone correct me if I'm wrong.

                        Unless he got Mahle's but any other forged setup requires sleeving.
