Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    no fuel to my engine

    my car has been sittng for 9 months, and now i have no fuel at te fuel rail in my car. i checked the fuel pump and i know it works. i jump the pump and i hear it on, i have put gas in the tank. but still no fual at the rail. i think i will change the fuel filter. and their is no leaks any where in the fuel line. so any ideas

    Check the filter first, But if the pump is coming on then u should have fuel at the rail, Even if the filter is clogged you should get something atleast. Are you sure the pump is coming on fully?

        Is the pump priming when you first turn the key on? If not, its prob your main relay.

          pretty sure its a fuel pump issue..

          my old truck did that..when they had it sitting..

          fuel pump was weird..

            the main relay is not sending power to the fuel pump. so i jump the wire and send power to the pump. i hear it come on. also i know the pump work because u dropped the tank and took it out to clean the gas that was in their. and while it was out i tested the pump, and it came on. right now i am trying to change the fuel filter but its raining so it will have to wait till tomorrow. and i took the line off the fuel rail to see if any fuel comes out. but the line is bone dry when i crank the car and jump the pump.

              Where in Queens are you located? This rain is pissin me off also.

                i live in queens village. and today which is sunday was no better got cold real fast
