So, bought an o2 sensor. Bosch, cheapest one Advance had, and yep..lasted a few days. Took the one the mechanic put in my trunk, rewired it, lasted a few hours. Now I'm throwing a #1 and #43. Gas mileage is pretty shitty, and alls I want....is an o2 sensor that's gonna work. This all started when I got my exhaust fixed. (got a catalytic put on). Once the car's inspected, I'ma throw a straight pipe back on it. Seems like everything that has to be replaced on this damn car, has to be "special". Special brake pads, special o2 sensor, special catalytic convertor. It's killing me!! So, bosch didn't work out for me. Anyone know an o2 sensor that will work? All of this was fine, I never had an o2 sensor code EVER, even after the engine swap. But the DAY I got a catalytic convertor put on my car, CEL came on. #1 and #41. Now it's just throwing #1 and #43. Someone sent me a site for an OEM o2 sensor, but it was a site for spark plugs.
I have an Advance Auto parts, and Napa nearby. If anyone prefers a brand they sell, lemme know!
