Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

    Distributor problems

I took off the distributor yesterday day to replace it since my car is not firing up, and this milky brown liquid poured out where the end of the distributor sticks in the engine what would that be? and is that what could be causing my car not to start?

sounds like you have oil in the dist, go to the parts store and get yourself a reman unit, there probably is a sticky about replacing the seals in the dist but this way is a touch faster and you will have warranty on the unit itself too

The internal seal on my distributor was leaking for some time. I had it replaced and it still works just fine.

            Take the oil cap off.
Check to see if you have that 'milky brown liquid' in there.
            Also check your coolant.
See if its the same color.
Cause if it is, your headgasket just went.

Probably doesnt have enough compression to start.

                    Check your radiator coolant.
If it looks brownish and foamy, that usually means there's oil in your cooling system.
Which is another sign of a headgasket issue.

If you're unsure its best to have it looked at.

Oil in distributor will kill the internal distributor circuitry since once hot oil gets in there , it will be fatal for the circuits.

So a mechanic said the problem with my car sounds like a distributor gone bad. So i put two new ones in there and either of them work, i think its because oil got in both of them...damn

It's very unlikely for new distributors to get oil in them.

I would go for Jak's comment about low compression engine since you stated oil being milky.
