ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

You don't have to like what he did, but I would hope that you can appreciate the time, money and love that went in to the build. If you can't, you're not really an enthusiast, just another dumb kid with a car.-visualpoet

ok ok ill start again ... i put in the h22 into my 4th gen, i started it, it idles at about 2grand, but you can smell that its running very rich, now like i said earlier the secondary IAC is missing because it was broken when i got the motor, i bypassed the whole vacuum box, the tps sensor on the h22 was also broken but i modified the one from my old engine and put it on, i took it out on the highway and it feels like its flooding at 4.5 to 5000 rpm very hesitant to go anywhere, yesterday morning i tried to start it up again and it was flooded, i took out the plugs only to notice that they were dripping in gas, so anyways cleaned it up and started it up again to get it back into the shop, i hope thats enough info guys, im in too deep here i need help

lol, dude, buy the parts you need. plus are you running the right ecu? the chip that comes with the f22 will not run the h22 right. that could be your problem.

p13 is the stock one, p28 requires being chipped and tuned.

now for op are you getting any cels?

if not, what ecu are you running?

also by "bypassed the vaccum box" what do you mean? m.a.p?

getting cel for 2ndary iac and o2 sensors, im running a p13 the flooding seems to have gone away but now i get the oil light flashing after about 10 minutes of driving...

by bypassing the vacuum box instead of using the vacuum box that comes with the h22 i used the old one from the accord, it seems to have worked fine very touch and go at the moment

Ok, by "2ndary iac" do you mean the IAB plate (plate that has butterflies to open the secondary runners on the intake) and associated vacuum tank? Or do you mean the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve), which would affect your idle?

As for the oil light, have you checked all of your plugs? Are you sure your oil pump is in good shape?

You probably need to just replace your TPS. Did you calibrate the one you put on? If it was sending the wrong voltages then it would definitely cause your flooding/running rich/ "choking" issues.

as for the oil light, did you replace all the seals before you did the swap, and as someone else said make sure your pump is working, and the gasket on the sump is good, it could be bad causing th epump to suck through where the gasket is part of the time

ok guys thanks for the response as for your question i meant the iab plate , the whole problem was the vacuum box wasnt properly routed due to the fact that im a dumbass, and had to reuse the accords, after i got a proper vacuum diagram from alldata i re-routed things and well now it works fine, as for the flooding its still waiting to be seen for tommorow mornings -15*C with the windchill hope all goes well...

as for the oil light like i said im a dumbass, i had to convert my distributor to a external coil and well when i was fin around with the distributor i pulled the plug on the oil p switch lol i dunno man i got too ahead of myself on this thing because i was so excited for the big deuce deuce lol
